Mr. Anthony Alvarado has taken students to 3 different Powerlifting meets this season. The students who have competed are Gabe Diaz, Heath Hinshaw, Trey Lingelbach, Ian Essex, and Jordan Thompson. Trey Lingelbach placed 5th at the Chickasha Meet and participated at the Regional Meet in Anadarko. Heath Hinshaw placed 1st at two meets this year, and on Friday, he placed 5th at the Regional Meet. He has qualified for the State Meet and will be representing CHS there on Saturday. Gabe Diaz placed 1st at three meets this year, most recently on Friday at Regionals. He is also competing at State on Saturday. These young men have done a great job this year and Mr. Alvarado is very proud of their hard work and success.
