Comanche Public Schools

Yearly sports physicals will be given on May 11th at the High School Gym. They are for Comanche students that are going into 6th - 12th grade during the 2022-23 school year. Physicals will be administered during the school day. The cost is $10. Checks can be made out to Comanche Community Health Center. Students are required to bring their physical form filled out and signed with their $10 the day of the physicals. You can print off the attached form in the link or your child may pick one up in their building's office. Please make sure you have one of the updated forms and it is two-sided.
