Comanche Public Schools will be closed tomorrow Monday, January 15, 2024, due to extreme temperatures. We have not had any water line breaks, but we are having difficulty keeping classrooms adequately heated. We will NOT do a virtual day tomorrow. At this time the Stephens County Tournament will be played as scheduled.

There will be a designated roped off area for the student section that will supply you with nose makers! All you need to do is bring your LOUD Voice! Applications Open for OSAI 2024 CHS has talented students and now is the perfect time to remind your students about auditions for the 2024 Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain (OSAI)! OSAI is an intensive 2-week residential academy that provides professional training to artistically advanced Oklahoma high school students, including graduating seniors, in the visual, literary, and performing arts. All students who are accepted into OSAI attend on a full scholarship. Winter break is the perfect time for students to start their application and prepare themselves for the audition process. This year, all disciplines will submit their audition materials online. The audition requirements can be found by visiting https://oaiquartz.org/OSAI, selecting a discipline, and downloading the corresponding Applicant Guide. Applications are open now and students have until February 12, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. to upload their audition materials. Students may audition for up to three (3) disciplines.
